Established in 2012, Rigmar is a joint venture between Libyan and other international companies Power International of Libya to deliver operation and maintenance services solutions to public and private sector owners of power and desalination plants.

Rigmar owned O&M contractors in the Libya It brings its technical expertise, process, systems, and managerial staff to compliment O&M Project’s well-established supply chain in Libya as well as its in-country experience in recruiting, training and retaining staff to maximize the Libyan content in this segment of commercial endeavor without compromising on quality of service.

In 10th June 2013 the company opened an international office in UAE to provide operation and maintenance services to our clients in middle east.
